Lawyer Levito Baligod said the actions of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 92 Sheriff in relation to a property dispute involving a multi-billion peso property in New Manila were “questionable and highly irregular.”
Baligod, who figured in a tension-exchange with Francsico Emmanuel San Andres on Friday, asked why the latter acted in haste in implementing the the court’s questioned break-open order against his mother in law Marlina Veloso–Galenzoga in her property dispute with Titan Dragon Properties.
Baligod, the lawyer of the whistle blowers of the pork barrel scam controversy and victims of the Negros Oriental massacre, is the attorney in fact for Veloso-Galenzoga.
